NEW  "Cat with Glasses " card topper kit card.

I used the "Thank you Teacher" sentiment but theres loads more to choose from..

Iv'e used all the decoupage pieces & the glasses have been coated with glossy accents.

Gems were added to the butterflies & cats bow..stickles was added to the flowers 

for more sparkle.. one cute card for Teacher..
