Happy Birthday with Mini Chloe

Morning Christine here with a cute card I made for my Granddaughter Mia.

Using this sweet Mini Chloe card just love this cute card topper kit from 

Pink Gem Designs there is a Mini Chloe digi stamp available, but I like the whole 

card topper kit.which includes a matching insert/sweet gift tag/decoupage/sentiments.

I used the Niece one as this is from her uncle Steven. The number 4 is cut on my much

neglected Cricut, gems from stash.
