Hello!
Shea here today, and I'd like to share the card I made using Pink Gem Designs papers and the ever so cute image Summer Milly, which you can find here.
I've never worked with digital papers before and these are so soft and lovely I just HAD to use them, both for the card itself and for paper piecing Milly's dress, socks and hair bow. The papers are from the Spring Collection, appropriately named "Springtime," which you can find here. I've never done digi paper piecing either, so this was a brand new sort of card for me. I have to say I LOVE how you can reduce the size of the prints to accommodate stamped images. How versatile is THAT!
I've kept everything else pretty simple so as to show off the papers and image, using only a multi-bow of sheer organza ribbon, baker's twine and a vintage button to dress things up a bit.
I hope you like this card and head on over to Pink Gem Designs to see what other scrumptious goodies Janet has for you. And please stop by the rest of the Design Team on your way to gather more inspiration!
Happy crafting!
Shea

Lemon Drizzle Birthday Wishes
Good Morning! Donna here with a card to show you made using some very scrummy Pink Gem goodies. Janet has some wonderful collections of digi papers over on the website and one of her latest is the very delicious Lemon Drizzle.
I printed off three sheets from the collection (you get 14 altogether, all gorgeous). I then matted four 3.5cm squares of the spotty paper onto a piece of co-ordinating grey card and attached it to the front of a scalloped card blank.
I matted a 10cm square of the stripey paper onto some grey card and attached to the front with foam pads.
I enlarged one of the gorgeous Vintage Sentiments and die cut it with a circle die. I layered it onto a scalloped circle die and attached both to the centre with foam.
I then added a bow, die cut flowers and pearls to finish.
Hope you liked my card and make sure you pop back soon to check out my teamies fabulous creations.
Hope you have a lovely Sunday.

It's my daughter Emma's birthday on Saturday....she is my youngest baby and she will be 29 ......now that does make me feel old lol!
Anyway I made her this birthday card and I have used 'Emma in Torn Jeans' one of my latest digis because my Emma likes wearing torn jeans too and as you can guess I was thinking about that when I designed it.
I coloured her with my much neglected ProMarkers
I have also used my new Memory Box Typewriter Alphabet Dies....I just love these letters....they all come as separate dies and they cut like a dream in my Grand Calibur. So easy to use.... the letters were already falling out of the dies as I opened up my sandwhich!
You can find thumbnails of the products I used which are available at the Pink Gem Designs store below :)

Birthday wishes...
Hello Pink Gem fans,
Did you miss me hijacking the blog..... well today I am showing you this cute Chloé sitting on a swing. I saw this cute cuttingfile on the blog of Birdscards and it is to use with a cuttingmachine like a Silhouette Cameo. I changed the opening of the birdcage a little bit so I could place Chloé sitting on her swing in the opening. I glued her on a piece of acetate so it looks like she is really swinging in there on those 2 thin pieces of rope. She is coloured with Copics and Spectrum noir markers. I also used the Birthday Wishes Sentiment from the Vintage Occasions set and coloured that also with Copics.
Hope you like my birdhouse card ;)
hugs Ria
Cute as a Button
Good morning everyone - it's Helen here today sharing a card made with one of the gorgeous new digi sets from Pink Gem.
This set is called 'Cute Buttons' and you can find it here on the Pink Gem website. I've used two of the elements from the set - the button heart and one of the sentiments. In the set there is also a pretty heart button border, a single heart button, a single round button and another sentiment reading 'cute as a button' but this time with a round button.
As soon as I saw the set, I thought of red gingham and kraft papers! I've coloured the button heart and the sentiment with Promarkers and used foam pads to raise the sentiment in the middle of the heart.
As well as this set, there are lots more great new digis on the Pink Gem website including 'Sew Special' which is based around a sewing machine and the fabulous 'Knitting Sheep' which is just perfect for anyone who loves knitting. Make sure you go and have a look at them all!

Altered Tissue Box
Hi everyone,
Cara here with my very first post on the Inspiration blog and my very first altered item too!
I'm a little nervous so please be gentle with me :-)
I have 3 girls at home and one thing that really bugs me is never being ale to find hair bobbles in the morning rush, so I altered a little tissue box to keep them all in a safe place.
What better images to decorate it with, than Janet's lovely range of Chloe digi's.
I used four of the Chloe digi's but there are lots more to chose from in the store.
This is Chloe with Daffodils.
This is Rainbow Chloe
and Chloe in knitted hat
And finally Chloe on swing.
I've coloured them all with my Promarkers but when you purchase these images you also receive the pre-coloured images in the pack too!
And a quick peak at the top.
I really hope you like my project today and it's shown that you an use Janet's images for more than just cards.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Hugs xx Cara xx
